Francis Bacon's painting studio, or it's facsimile, not sure which offhand. Makes me feel like such a tidy person.

I can't imagine why he asked for this, but this is for Roger:

Er, did he have a particular movie in mind?

Design of Cities, Edmund Bacon (Amazon Link)

A great tv series was based on this, with Ustinov talking about St. Petersberg, Gould talking about Toronto, Greer talking about Sydney, Burgess talking about Rome... I'd soooooo like to see that whole series again.

Roger will kill me later. He likes the photo with his face hidden and hat down better. (It's on another thread here somewhere).

Never saw Silence of the Lambs.

At something like hughlane.com; it's a gallery, think Hugh Lane took the photo. I seem to remember someone reconstructed Bacon's studio, and I didn't study the link enough, but I think this was a photo of the original. Actually I think it's neat in its way... bet he could find stuff.

I had to read twice to understand it was his pelvis that was hurt.
Sigh of relief. I had read another word.

Roger, be OK for your (our) birthday!

Ragman, he's not reading this, at least yet. Check a few pages back and send him an email via the hospital. They'll deliver it to him.
