Walter, I haven't called yet because I'm waiting for him to get a little stronger, but you may be having trouble because of the distance. Tell them that you are calling from Germany, and perhaps they will transfer your call forthwith.
I suppose, Letty, it has just to do that I either phone exactly at those times when he's calling himself or being called by others .... or when he's not near the phone or doing some exercise or so.
They connect at once - it has nothing to do with the friendly staff there.

When I had my first broken collarbone, I had to dance to that tune wearing a too-small skeleton costume for the Gym Exhibition.
I did not like gym class.
Did you know yet about the "family curse" when you had gym class, Noddy... that all must have been hard.
Roger called a few minutes ago. He's been moved to
San Juan Regional Rehabilitation Hospital. The general phone number is 505.598.3826.
He has a phone in his room, that's 505.598.3848.
They don't do therapy during visiting hours, so he gave me those, New Mexico Time, natch. I guess they call it Mountain time.
(It's 8:29pm here now, so you can gauge that from your own view of the posting time if you're in doubt.)
So, M-F 5pm to 9pm
Saturday 1pm to 9pm
Sunday 9am to 9pm
Presently no hiccups, yayyyy.
He thinks he'll be there at least a week and not more than two weeks.

you a2k settings are still on standard time and need to be changed to daylight savings time.

I had a friend in physical rehab in NM once. She was in a wicked car crash (she dropped a joint on the floor of the car while driving it....) and nearly died. The place was newish then, and pretty nice. Hope Roger finds a great body shop.
