One can imagine what Bush's wife has to put up with. Bush is becoming a certified nut case.

I think Bush's de-evolution is going to be the downfall of evolutionary theory. If evolution is correct then there is no way that Bush's de-evolution should have happened. He is actually evolving backwards to a more primate animal.

Or maybe the strain, the thought that God was wrong when He told Bush to invade Iraq, is turning him into a mental case. I don't think he's de-evoluting, he's going nuts.

Maybe he will be the first president that will have to be committed to an asylum after he leaves office. Maybe that's what happens when you put a dry drunk in a position waaaaaaaaaay over his head.

Are all the erstwhile Bush supporters supporting Bush somewhere else?

Do they have an association something like Alcoholics Anonymous?

Or have they kicked the habit, and gone on to some other kind of self-delusion?

If so, an apology would be nice.

Actually there are many, if not most, conservatives that consistently demonstrate class; On the other hand there are people that are just assho*les regardless of their politics.

You demonstrate that everyday dyslexia, no need to further point that out beyond your postings.

You talk about class Xingu like any libby on this thread would know what that means?

Lay off McG. It's hard to be him these days. No need to rub salt in the poor fellow's wounds.

His wounds are self-inflicted. And he exhibits defiance- of an inarticulate and pathetic kind, but defiance still.

So, more salt please.

No apologies are in order. We remain bemused by the long-standing and continuing fascination of the self-righteous critics who so loudly claim exclusive knowledge of what is wrong, but offer so little on what to do about the underlying issues, ---- and who so eagerly populate a party to which they were not invited.

Morning, George.

Exclusive knowledge? General knowledge.

Not invited? A thread with this title, after a stolen election remember, is a nose-thumbing gloat, a deliberate affront.

Having been thus attracted, it has been our sad task to point out the error of your ways, that's all.

"Self-righteous critics?" Come on, georgeob, the reason we have such a big mess is that your president refused to listen to the "experts." Bush is too bull-headed to learn from history or the current mass of people willing to bring any semblance of rationality to this bone-headed administration.

First of all, the people of the world demonstrated against this war; Bush started this war irregardless. After Bush started the war, he didn't listen to the experts on what would be needed after we "won" the war. He and his henchmen didn't listen. After four years, Bush still claims we can "win in Iraq." I'm not sure of any historian or the majority of the people in this world has the same view as Bush. His latest strategy; the surge has only exacerbated the killings and maiming of not only our soldiers but the innocent Iraqis in the midst of this sham called "Bush's war." War president? Yeah. He sure created a mess most experts are now saying is impossible to win. Iraq is tangled in a civil war, al Qaida, insurgencies, and even the Iraqis want us to leave. Bush doesn't listen to anybody; even the American People and congress.

How does one help a president that doesn't listen? It's now been over four years. You got a plan? Please share it with Bush. Betcha he doesn't listen to you either.

So, G Libby got sentenced to jail, for doing his master's bidding.

He's still free of course, on appeal, being well-connected.

Bush Approval Falls to 29% -- Lowest Ever

Quote:
The survey finds that President Bush's job approval rating has declined significantly since April. Bush's approval rating stands at 29% - the lowest of his presidency - down from 35% two months ago. Bush has lost substantial support from his Republican base. Only about two-thirds of Republicans (65%) approve of Bush's job performance, which also is the lowest mark of his presidency. As recently as April, 77% of Republicans approved of the way Bush was handling his job as president.

29% approve of Bush and 25% believe Christ will appear in 2007.

Coincidence?

Just discovered where 18.3% of Bush supporters come from.

Quote:
Data from this year's General Social Survey has this stunning revelation: Toleration of Interracial Dating Now More Prevalent than Heliocentrism.

The question was, Now, does the Earth go around the Sun, or does the Sun go around the Earth?, and the results were:

Earth around sun 73.6%
Sun around earth 18.3%
Don't Know 8.0%
Refused 0.1%
I wonder how many of those Heliocentric Disbelievers, are the same who believe that Saddam is linked to 9/11 and of that subset think that Saddam was harboring al Qaeda?

But really, I want to meet the .1% of people who refused to answer whether or not the Earth revolved around the Sun. That would be a fun conversation, I wonder what other gems Mr. .1% believes in?
