So, did you trip on something? I am a famous faller. (don't ask, I fall in great places. This is ok as long as I don't develop brittle bones in m'age. Turns out to be from my vision, I have coned in peripheral vision.)

But you are generally not a fall-er, are you?

Southing hot towels coming your way....

I take it that one was for me....

I tripped on some uneven concrete at school.

The last time I recall falling was about 18 years ago when I fell off the high school stage when #1 Son was in school. Turned out the top step was damaged. That one was much more gracefull, but ended up with a broken ankle.

Soz, if you're authoritative enough everyone will have to listen!

JG, welcome, and get better quickly!

Onyx, I hope things are calming down for you. You're a smart, strong lady. Maybe whatever happened is a lesson you were meant to learn, for whatever reason. I know you'll land on your feet and find yourself even stronger for it.

Husker, congratulations on getting back into more work. That is wonderful. I know you've had a really rough time for quite a while and I'm so glad to hear you're improving.

As for me, I'm working. Regularly. And I'm thrilled about it! I think this will really turn out to be a good place for me. It's a really supportive, nurturing school, and I'll be working in the after school program. Yup, I'm teaching again. I think it is the right move. I really feel like I'm coming home.

Thanks, Soz! I think you're exactly right. It's time for some equilibrium in my life.

I am really grateful to my good friends who have been so amazingly supportive while I've been going through all this messiness, too.

Yay equilibrium! Yay moving forward!

That's great! Mine was 160/100 when EMS checked it yesterday. Not so great, but there was a stress factor. Sigh.

If Dys and equilibrium are out of sync because of me, I hope he never recovers....

Dear Diary,
I found one of the two missing library books today. Hurrah!
Now if the other would just poke its cute little head out I'd really be a happy mommy. Sigh.

Gorgeous day here, too beautiful for words. Good meeting with some clients, and on top of that, they paid us, muy importante. A coastal commission person liked one of my paintings (mine are in the back office) and took a photo off with her, saying she should have funds by the end of the month. (We'll see, tap tap tap.) Good boost for the old well being, which takes some bolstering off and on.

Came home to find a mouse in one of the traps. Yaay, and oh, nooo! but as much as I like mice, in their way, I don't want them in my house.

Diane,
Yea, but in the meantime I have to pay for the book...and it makes me look so stupid. Sigh.

Ossobuco,
Hope the sale goes through. Sorry about the mouse. It is heading into that season again soon, isn't it?
