Littlek - If you're still wondering - castor sugar is crushed fairly fine, midway between ordinary sugar crystals and fine icing sugar. (maybe you call it confectioner's sugar?) (It is for dipping the moistened rim of the glass in.) (Make sure you do that BEFORE you pour the cocktail in.)
Just Googled - evidently in the USA it is called Superfine Sugar.
