Whooda Thunk- Mr. Walter Hinteler wants to know who the groups are so that he can avoid their neighborhood when the CIA kidnaps them.

I am sure that Mr. Walter Hinteler knows, Whooda Thunk, that the master kidnappers of all time were the Gestapo. The difference is, Whooda Thunk, that the CIA's kidnapped persons often returned to their homes later.

If the Gestapo kidnapped you, you NEVER returned!!!!

Mr. Nation does not answer Mr. Mysteryman. I will restate Mr. Mysteryman's thesis is that he wishes to find a war which had a 'JUSTIFIABLE, ERROR-FREE CAUSE"

Mr. Mysteryman does not think there has ever been a war which FULLY MET THE DEFINITION ABOVE--

JUSTIFIABLE MAY BE EASIER TO PROVE BUT

ERROR-FREE CAUSE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PROVE.

Mr. Nation burbles on about one thing or another but does not name a war.

Therefore, he does not answer Mr>Mysteryman's question!!!

I'm sure many of you have heard the seemingly disappointing news about Rush Limbaugh. For those of you who haven't, here's the "story" as the mainstream media is reporting it:




.. Limbaugh was detained Monday for more than three hours at Palm Beach International Airport, upon returning from some R&R in the Dominican Republic. Customs officials reportedly found a bottle of [Viagra] in his bag--but his name wasn't on the prescription

As you can imagine, liberals are having an absolute field day with this story. I just find it so fascinating that godless unbelievers would have the gall to cast judgment upon anyone, let alone a man as thoroughly righteous as Rush.

Yes, yes, I do realize that Rush has had problems with prescription pain killers. He's admitted to this and has gotten the treatment he needed. While I've never had such a moral lapse, it seems that sometimes God's children (read: Conservatives) are entitled to make mistakes. The difference between him and some strung out kid in the ghetto is this - Rush had a job that paid well. Jesus is more than willing to take you into his arms and forgive such indiscretion as long as you're a contributing member of society. Otherwise, it's just you and your crack pipe.

But, back to this Viagra story and the true explanation that the media just doesn't seem to get. You see, Rush went to the Dominican Republic for one reason and one reason only… to prove his righteousness to himself and to all of us.

Rush obviously experienced a great deal of self-doubt after his bout with OxyContin addiction. "Am I still the morally upright person I proclaim to be?" "Can I still continue to cast stones even though I am no longer without sin?" He probably asked questions like these over and over again in his head. But ultimately he realized that too many people depend on him and that he needed to do something to rebuild his moral confidence.

Now, the best way that I know of to prove your righteousness is to put yourself in a situation where you are strongly tempted to sin so that you can resist this temptation. Rush Limbaugh clearly understands this and took his bottle of Viagra to a place known for its prostitutes and flourishing sex industry - the Dominican Republic.

I can picture Rush now, walking down those dusty streets with the bottle of Viagra in hand. He pops a few of those little blue pills into his mouth as he continues down this road and towards his ultimate redemption. He walks by a group of brown skinned temptresses who offer to fulfill any depraved sexual desire he might have. But he resists. Even though his member is fully engorged and throbbing he still resists.

Could you liberals honestly say that you would have as much moral fortitude as Mr. Limbaugh? Would your response be the same?

So before you cast moral judgment on this great man, ask yourself this: how many Dominican whores could you walk past with an erection before you gave in to your base carnal desires?

So the American Revolution was "error free and justified"?

There were many errors made,on both sides,and playing devils advocate for a minute,what was justified in rebelling against the lawful authority?

As for WW2,I concede that the war with Japan was justified,but how was going to war with Germany justified?
They had done nothing to us,and were not threatening us.

Those are the conditions YOU SET for going to war.
There were many errors committed and lies told to get us into WW2.
Roosevelt knew in advance that Pearl Harbor would happen,and did nothing.

He allowed the Japanese to attack and sink the USS Panay in the Yangtze River in 1939,and did nothing.
He wanted into the war.

So,even WW2,does not,by your standards,meet the requirements of "error free and justified".

And Mags seem to ignore that Rush broke no law.
The pills were in his doctors name,but they were prescribed for Rush,and it said so in his medical records.
Under Florida law,thats legal.

Awkward Moments Abound in Penis Pump Trial

BRISTOW, Okla. (AP) -- Serving on the jury in an indecent-exposure trial unfolding in this conservative Oklahoma town has been a giggle-inducing experience.

Former Judge Donald D. Thompson, a veteran of 23 years on the bench, is on trial on charges he used a penis pump on himself in the courtroom while sitting in judgment of others.

Over the past few days, the jurors have watched a defense attorney and a prosecutor pantomime masturbation. A doctor has lectured on the lengths the defendant was willing to go to enhance his sexual performance.

The white-handled sexual device sits before the jury box for hours at a time. Occasionally an attorney picks it up and squeezes the handle, demonstrating the "sh-sh" sound of air rushing through the contraption's plastic tubing.





The jurors sometimes exchange awkward looks and break into nervous laughter when the testimony takes a lurid turn.



Thompson, 59, is charged with four counts of indecent exposure, each punishable by up to 10 years in prison. If convicted, he would also have to register as a sex offender, and his $7,489.91-a-month pension would be in jeopardy.

Thompson's former court reporter, Lisa Foster, wiped away tears as she described tracing an unfamiliar "sh-sh" in the courtroom to her boss. She testified that between 2001 and 2003 she saw Thompson expose himself at least 15 times.

"I was really shocked and I was kind of scared because it was so bizarre," said Foster.

She testified that during a trial in 2002, she heard the pump during the emotional testimony of a murdered toddler's grandfather.

The grandfather "was getting real teary-eyed, and the judge was up there pumping on that pump," she said. "It was sickening."

The allegations came to light after a police officer who was in Thompson's court heard pumping sounds and took photos of the device during a break in the proceedings.

Thompson took the stand in his own defense, saying the device was a gag gift from a longtime friend with whom he had joked about erectile dysfunction. He said he kept the pump under the bench or in his office but didn't use it.

"In 20-20 hindsight, I should have thrown it away," he said.

The R-rated testimony has produced occasional outbursts of laughter and surreal scenes. A man who once served as a juror in Thompson's court testified that he never saw the device, but figured out what it was based on movies he had seen.

The comment sent sidelong glances through the courtroom.

"It sounded like a penis pump to me," Daniel Greenwood testified. He said he had seen such devices in "Austin Powers" and "Dead Man on Campus."

Dr. S. Edward Dakil, a urologist called as an expert witness, repeatedly prompted laughter from the jury when discussion turned to the penis pump. Dakil defended use of the device after defense attorney Clark Brewster said it was an out-of-date treatment for erectile dysfunction.

"I still use those," Dakil testified.

Brewster paused.

"Not you, personally?" he asked.

"No," Dakil responded as jurors laughed. "I recommend those as a urologist."

Clinton was the first president IMPEACHED by the House of Representatives since President Johnson in the middle of the nineteenth century.

Clinton avoided indictment by admitting that he LIED in his deposition in the Paula Jones case.

Clinton was fined $80,000 dollars by Judge Wright for his misbehavior in her court.

Clinton paid a $25,000 fine to the Arkansas law commission because of his misbehavior

Clinton's law license was suspended for five years because of his misbehavior.



If Mr. Apisa can show that the items above are not FACTUAL, I ask him to so. If not, he may go on to another thread.

Okay, they are factual, and so are the lies perpetrated by Bush to start this war on Saddam's WMDs he never had, and it's costing the American taxpayers two billion every week - and that doesn't even include the 2,500 lost American lives.


Clinton was fined and paid how much? The government spend over $50 million to make those charges against Clinton on a very personal sexual matter. You guys will "never get it."
