Well that's simplistic. I don't like the victim mentality, myself, but I do think there has been a whole lot of history of women as property, women whose value is their beauty, etc., etc., that creates a climate for that.

There has been a lot of evidence of how both males and females respond to both male and female beauty, though -- that good-looking men get further professionally, etc.

Lots of men are treated as property as well and they haven't been half as inclined to embrace the victim mentality.

Actually patio I'm getting a Zak Wylde right now strictly for the resale. I'll double my money on this deal if it goes down right.

After Ted Nugent signs my Ibanez RG 570 Friday, it's going straight to e-bay.

My personal guitar is a Schecter C-1 Classic and it is THE bomb.

BTW, Ted won't sign any memorabilia unless you make a donation to his hunting camp for kids, but then he says he'll sign anything. I wonder if he'd sign a Hillary in 2004 poster for a big donation? Very Happy

You don't think good looking females might progress easier because of their looks too, soz?

My roomate just interviewed some girl for an intern position under him...all he cared about is that "she's hot."

He's a clown anyway, that's his best chance of being around a hottie. But still, I've heard of other situations where women have been hired where their looks were a big influence(and not jobs where looks matter).

Actually, I meant my roomate interviewed+submitted a request to H.R. to hire the girl. I asked him if that's why he wanted to hire her, his answer, "yup!"

Right, Slappy, it's everyone -- how BOTH males and females respond to BOTH male and female beauty. I mentioned good-looking guys getting ahead professionally as an example since it is (often) men on both sides -- men promoting the good looking men.
