Magg's observation of old george is right on the mark. The biggest problem being old george is more dangerous than teddy can ever be as a member of congress. We've seen too often how this dry-drunk president has performed his duties as one of the most incompetent leader of any country. Old george is more dangerous than those leader of yore that were outright evil. He's managed to destroy everything precious for Americans and the world; peace, our allies, and the Muslim world.

I would appreciate a link from the previous poster as to the substance of his post. He is, of course, entitled to his opinion but his opinion proves nothing.

I can find no direct or strong evidence that either Ted Kennedy or George W. Bush were "drunken slob frat boys" but I do have direct and strong evidence that Ted Kennedy was expelled from Harvard University for cheating on a Spanish exam and that Ted Kennedy was sentenced to two months in the Barnstable House of Corrections for two months for leaving the scene of an accident without reporting it promptly. The sentence was levied and immediately suspended.

I can find no similar evidence on President Bush but, of course, I would entertain such evidence of his expulsion for cheating from a University or his sentencing for two months on a serious charge.

A source for your claims in the post that followed this one would be appreciated as well.

It's obvious that c.i. lives in California and doesn't watch TV. How quickly he has forgotten the events of 9/11. Destroying everything precious for islamic militants who have declared war on the west is what it's all about dufuss. Good job George! No more islamic militancy and no more pacifism on our part! That is and should be the goal.

cjh, How can 'ANYBODY' forget the events of 9-11. Bush mentions it at almost every speech he makes since that event. I guess you don't watch his speech either, and that was almost five years ago. .

Yeah. And every Muslim head of state should "mention" how American soldiers torture innocent prisoners to death.

That's how it should be.

I'm surprised you didn't throw in an "allah akbar" and "death to america" while you were typing that up.

Anybody who sympathizes with the islamic militants is the enemy. Period. The same people who are protesting the war protested WWII, while Hitler overran Europe and Japan attacked Pearl Harbor.

F--k 'em.

Yeah. Japan attacked Pearl Harbor, and Germany declared war on America.

And Iraq?

You really can't stop yourself, can you?

OK then, let's see.

...shooting at our pilots every day for 10 years, despite a cease-fire agreement...
...granting safe-haven to enemies we had just driven out of Afghanistan...
...offering the military and economic resources of nation-state sponsorship to America's enemies...
...infiltrating the USA with military agents for the purpose of causing death to american citizens...

... and all of this is, of course, connected to 9/11. That's why the president should mention it in every speach. So we don't forget it. How they attacked us. Those Iraqis. On 9/11.

...

Did I mention 9/11?

As the fundamental religionists destroy democracy in the US and UK, we are doing everything wrong that increases "death to America." We don't need no help on that score; we're doing a jolly good job all by ourselves.

Terrorist groups praise award by Abbas government

http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=49246

The Palestinian Authority granted honorary citizenship to two Arab terrorists who killed Israelis, including 2-year-old and 4-year-old girls.

Samir Quntar of Lebanon and Sultan Al-Ajaluni of Jordan are serving life sentences in Israeli prisons, but the announcement of their honor was met with praise by many Palestinian groups, according to Israel-based Palestinian Media Watch, or PMW.

PMW pointed out the honor was granted by the Fatah-led government of Mahmoud Abbas. The terrorist group Hamas, which gained a majority in parliamentary elections last month, has not appointed a new government yet.

The terrorist Palestinian Liberation Front, through general secretariat member Wasil Abu Yusuf, praised the award as "an act of dedication to their struggle and their heroic suffering in the occupation's prisons, reported the daily Al-Hayat Al-Jadida last Wednesday.

PMW commented: "Societies measure their heroes in different ways. Some societies honor athletes or performers. Others celebrate caregivers and humanitarian workers. The Palestinians, on the other hand, have consistently chosen to honor murderers as their national icons."

In 1979, Quntar murdered Danny Haran and his 4-year-old daughter, Einat. Haran's daughter Yael, aged 2, suffocated while hiding from the attack in a crawl space with her mother. Quntar is serving multiple life sentences totaling 542 years in prison.

Those aren't all the same people; as much as you would love them to be, for the purposes of your war-like ways.
