A thousand blessings upon you, Wary Eagle.

If I can remember where I hid me NyQuil....

You've got a big, half-drowned unicorn on the bottom of ye Hot Tub.

(And a smoking, killer bunny; stage right.)

I believe that would be against the TOS - and a moderator is present.

Seriously, here folks, Deb brings up a point ... Do any of you feel my Moderator status influences your perception of my general-interaction posts (as opposed to the obviously discipline/moderation stuff)? That's something which concerns me very much, and I'd appreciate sounding out some attitudes re the matter.

It doesn't influence me at all. You'll always be the same person to me. In fact I don't pay any attention to your moderator status at all. You're just one of us in my eyes, puff, puff ;-)

Timber--

You are a very light-hand in your Moderation duties. I am a member at about ten boards; five political. Political boards are with no doubt the most difficult, due to high emotion, and personal attack, and the politics of the individual board...

There is always a tilt in power due to the majority rule. Here, the majority is liberal, and you, Moderator, are not. You have your hands full over there, and I believe you are one of the fairest, most sensible, patient Moderators I seen. I perceive that you are bending over backward for the majority, in order not to be thought of as biased. (Of course, this is only me opinion, and bet you don't see yourself as bending for anyone...)

I have noticed criticisms of you by posters on the thread. The thing is, you speak your opinions with authority, and some dissenters can't stand that. The only thing you're guilty of is having reasoned opinions that don't mesh with the majority. A2K is very fortunate, IMO, to have someone with your attributes slogging away at such a difficult, tedious job.

No offense intended to the liberal posters in Politics.

Now, get some chips and perform mouth to mouth on that Unicorn...

Sofia walks in slo-mo, long blond curls carelessly buffeted by the balmy breeze. Slowly removes her terry robe to reveal sun-kissed perfection, decorated by a teeny orange bikini.

As she slips her well-defined limbs beneath the furious plinking, the women despise her for her wanton profiling (just for a second, then they love her again), and hiama submerges.

Suddenly, eveyone begins profiling, as well, and speaking in Madonna-like fake British accents.

"Wot is thot, touching me bum?" <Sofia realizes this is the extent of her Britishisms....Wot!>
