Before I read today's posts and look at the pictures, I just wanted to say it was awfully dull here this weekend! I knew you were planning this but didn't realize it was happening this week! Now I know why it was so quiet here. Y'all were woopin' it up in Texas! Yee-haw!! We missed you. At least I did!!

mac, you're the best I see I've got some intense reading to do, so I'll do that at work (gotta go there sometime to let them know I'm still alive :razz: ) I briefly saw a blurb about size and that 1 mg was to large, most of my pictures are about 2 mg. Gotta do some work on reducing in size.

LibertyD, Tartarin, max, Marycat, feolola, c.i., Diane, Dyslexia - everyone, we missed all. Wish you could have been at the blowout bash in Austin but, you were in our thoughts.

Wow, pics are 2 MB! That's biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig!! I think once you reduce the size to under 500 K (that's the new limit) and then just do what you did before, you should be fine.

BillW speaks the truth about missing the missing. Maybe we should have an A2k convention.

We could decend on San Diego in Feburary or March in the fall of next year perhaps.

sozobe, my camera is a 4.1 megapixel digital camera and the setting I have it on creates an 8x10" picture that is very close to professional quality. I need to read the book and select another format that is smaller

Just read that picture size is limited to 300,000.

We thought about you Raggedyaggie, in fact I found out from Mac that you are not at A&M. When you live in Tejas you just assume anything with Aggie attached to it is A&M. Before I lived here I never thought that.

BillW, wonderful pictures!!! The two couples look great and very much in love. Mac, Lola and Joanne loked like they were fine companions in adventure.

The group was a nice size. One thing I worry about in some of the future gatherings is that the size will become cumbersome. The most important thing, as far as I'm concerned, is to be able to visit comfortably so that everyone gets to connect with everyone else. You all looked like you were having the time of your lives.

BillW and Mrs. BillW, congratulations on your 27th anniversary!

I hope Dys and I can attend a future Texas get together, finances being a major determining factor.
