We just had a gully-washer in Boston. Didn't last long but it happened just as I was driving home from work. Total whiteout. All you could see through the downpour, between madly swishing wipers, was the taillights of cars in front. Awesome.

We had a thunderstorm this evening to put all other storms to shame, it was total monsoon. But ...... does that make people safe drivers? Nada!

I drove in the left lane because the right lane is a flood zone. Cars are passing me on the right, driving right through the flood, water pours over my car and prevented me from seeing even with the wipers at full blast!

People are eejets at times, I tell yah!

Thanks, I needed that!

big...BIG thunderstorms here. Computer crashed three times, and had to get a new password to get into A2K.

Misti, I would tell you to give the envelope pushers the "hi" sign, but we don't want you wrestling around in the water. It's simply behavior unbecoming to a lady. Razz

M.A. keep a canoe handy at all times! How do you say "canoe" in Latvian.

Hey, Misti. No, not flooded. We really needed the rain, but I was concerned about those tornado watches. Hope all is well in Cocoa.

At last, at last sunshine on the slopes of Mauna Loa after 2 1/2 months of rain. There are some disadvantages of living in a rain forest.

I am in my glory today. It is a magnificent 70F here in east, central Florida, clear as a bell, sunshine and the sounds of the ocean surf (when the breeze is blowing in the right direction), and beautiful flowers blooming on my porch. You'll have to ask Rae what they are, i'm not good with the names:(

My kitty kat Paddy Cassidy is basking in the cool breezes, and we're off work today!

Does it get any better?

That is called Real Human's Life. Very Happy
Hope I can enjoy that days as many as possible.

Seaglass -- yes, one of the disadvantages of living in a rain forest is . . . rain. It was 90+ in Beantown today, even warmer expected tomorrow. I'm getting in training for the horrors of the Southwest in Summer.

Mainly sunny and warm here, some showers here and there. Perfect.
31 deg C yesterday, a bit too hot for me. 26 deg C today, that's about right.

Have a nice day, y'all, and I hope Sydney gets some good rain soon.

Oh my gawd anothr sunny days on Mauna Loa, might even get the lawn mowed today - grass is almost up to my knee in places (actually dandilion stems) since most of the lawn is sphagnum moss.

And g'morning to you Miss Margo.

95+ F. here today. Humid, too. Looking forward to 75 or so tomorrow. Don't you hate it when the lawn does that, Seaglass? Dandelions are so pretty, too. I hope you don't intend to harm them.
