Ah, another beautiful day on the volcano. Mauna Loa is in full sun and a beautiful shade of red with darkened areas where the lava flows underground and mother nature has painted a wide green band of Ohi'a
trees near the top.

Cool and rainy in the South of Germany... Definitely not the same as the hot summer last year! I liked the hot weather last year...

Today is officially the first day of summer. Hmmm, not here, I guess...

Anyway, I took the day off and we will leave for Konstanz at the Bodensee soon :-) And the weather WILL BE NICE!

eastern lake ontario : summer seems to have bypassed us ! at 2 pm it's SUNNY and 16 c (about 65 F), thundershowers just passed through. outlook for the next 10 days : highs of 19 to 22 c. it's warmer in the yukon territory; they've been hitting 31 c. . ebeth's dogs are happy, but we humans are wearing sweatshirts. will the tomatoes ripen ? hbg

Hot and humid here, about 96f every day ... with afternoon thunderstorms, which I love.

Our weather in Silicon Valley has been quite nice for awhile now - in the mid-seventies. The interesting thing about our weather is the similarity to the Balkans where I'll be visiting in September.
