Sheep are still freezing in the south of Germany... We had some sun today so I hope it will be getting better soon.

Two more weeks until the big Bang Your Head Heavy Metal Open Air Festival. I want summer heat by then!

Yes, we could test our new radiators was well during the last couple of days ... (and I do want some sunshine and warm weather next Saturday at our small Augsburg meeting  )

The big Bang Your Head Heavy Metal Open Air Festival sounds like a good reason to stay out of southern Germany for a while....

only joking, a bit.

Hope the weather is nice in Augsburg.
Today it was fine & warm here, and I planted a lot of summer plants in the garden; geranium, petunia, impatiens, dahlia, begonia, lobelia, marigolds. And some I don't know the names of.

That would be much to the enjoyment of little Jane.
The priest of her School has a toupee, and while he was conducting
mass for all the children he tripped and his "rug" fell
off. Jane doesn't have herself in control yet, and burst out laughing so loud, that everyone couldn't help but join in Laughing

Needless to say, confession has become rather awkward
now.

eastern lake ontario at 7 p.m.
still 30 C, flowers and shrubs seem to like it ,everything blooming splendidly. it's cooling off over night to about 20 C.
the airconditioner is getting a good workout keeping us cool and relaxed inside - spend quite a few hours outside this morning; to the farmers' market for fresh aspargus , to 'pan chanco bakery' for fresh 'kimmel bread' and 'army buns' (dark rye buns). life ain't too bad ! hbg

just listened to the weather radio on CB. heavy thunderstorms are forecast for : tweed, madoc, sydenham and surrounding area(just to the north of kingston), likely the remnants of the bad weather forecast for toronto. tomorrow's high expected to be about 21 C, that's a lot better than the 30 C temperatures we have had for the last ten days. hbg

It is pretty warm today, but cloudy and looks like thunderstorm is coming.

The weekend is supposed to be great with summer temperatures. Perfect for our meeting with CalamityJane and Walter in Augsburg! :-)
