When you're dieting properly, the prospect of breakfast is a delightful anticipation.

RH, the only ideas you'll see from me today come with peels on them.
noddy, I've never been much of a breakfast eater. I eat either immediately after my workout (if I'm using weights) or shortly before (if I'm doing cardio). I tend to time my breakfasts around my workouts which generally begin around 9:00.
Unrestricted access to the coffeemaker is an immediate need upon waking, however.

I'm not a breakfast person--unless I'm dieting.

Down another 2 pounds after yesterday's fruit fast. Mr B and I both found it easier than the first one on Wednesday (mine are obviously easier than his). He worked at home yesterday and said being within easy distance of the refrigerator was a challenge but his success will help him on Sunday for fast number 3.
Today is a weight workout day so I'll be looking for protein. The menu plan is:
Breakfast - eggs and veggies
Lunch - large salad with turkey, ham, and cheese (olive oil vinegarette)
Snack - ww pita and hummus
Dinner - chicken, baby bak choi, and shitake mushrooms with brown rice
After dinner - whatever strikes my fancy
how you doin', A?

Down two pounds, slow and steady on I hope. I'm looking forward to a 6 in the middle soon (I never thought I would be excited about that!). I am going to try and make up a schedule for exercise starting Monday. I like the idea of doubling up the 8MM for 3 times a week instead of 6. We always go out to breakfast on Sunday so I'll have a bowl of fruit and coffee and then back to liquids only. The fast days are really easy. The smoothies have veggies, fruit, flax or borage oil and are very satisfying. I should plan my meals on feast days like you do, another goal! My first minnie goal is a 6 in the middle.

You have to hit the same button when you're done bolding. Hit the quote button in the upper right corner and you'll see the text format.

We had friends over today that we hadn't seen in a couple of months. The wife said to me (when it was just us) "Wow, you've lost weight!!" (My reaction... "I have? Er, thanks!") Husband said to E.G. privately (E.G. told me later) "Hey, you're wife's shrunk!" He said he wouldn't say anything to me about it though. Then when I was offering around desserts he told me to have a big slice -- I'm getting too skinny. :-) He was kidding, but still there are evidently more results than the scale is showing.
Nice motivation as I get back to normal schedule on Monday.

Having "objective" testimony about a new fitness is very satisfying--and inspiring.

Status quo through the weekend. That's what happens when one sits in a chair and doesn't move.

Thanks JPB
It's status quo for me too but I think I'll see the six very soon.
2x8MM today. Right now I'm trying for 3 x a week doing a double 8MM. Sound good?
(Let's see what worked)

Well...
Bold and underline yes, color and size no.
Still working on an avatar and attaching images.
Baby steps!
Size and color work a bit differently. When you select a size and/or color both the start color and stop color (or size) commands show up. put your cursor between them and type.
like this I had to move the open size command to be next to the open color command because I wanted the word "this" to be big and green. It's more intuitive if you only want one or the other.

If you hit the 'quote' button on your first post and my post, you'll see how they line up differently.
Anyhoo -- well done on status quo weekends.
