If Jesus died to forgive us, then why is there a Hell?

I am not the one making an assertion. I do not even know if there is a god, much less the degree of it's wisdom.

God is everywhere my friends even in hell.
It is His duty to foster all the existant worlds to preserve, and protect them....
He abides also in the devil!Yes it is true!

In the word "Devil" there is "Devi" which means Goddess in Sanskrit.

You will not find God in the 'hell' which means 'the grave', nor may you classify him as 'devil' which means 'slanderer'.

Your affected language will not transform dementia into truth.

Neo...when you truly understand why you feel this way about SA and his beliefs...you will understand why I feel about yours the way I do.

God created the Heavens and the Earth, the Light and the Dark.
He knows all things, past, present, and to come, even the most secret thoughts of the heart of man, and all things that possibly can be.
How could He not have infinite wisdom?

It is through my belief in this that I "know" it.

That is a particularly stupid post...even for you, Tico.

How could you possibly "know" something through your wild guesses about the unknown?

Funny that you would accuse me of posting stupidly because I profess a belief in God. You know I have faith in God, and it is my faith in God that allows me to believe that He has infinite wisdom. You will never know this, or share it until you too have this faith.

All you will be able to do is scoff at my faith, and call it "stupid." Meanwhile, I will remain resolute and secure in my beliefs. Perhaps one day you too will "know" the answers to your questions.

I didn't. I accused you of a stupid posting for saying that you "know" something through your "beliefs."

And that was monumentally stupid.

Yeah. You guess there is a god...and insist your guess is correct. Then you guess that the god is described in the Bible...and insist that guess is correct also. And then you want others to "respect" the fact that you are guessing and insisting that your guesses are correct.

Good grief....what some people will do to help others have a long, healthy laugh.

And perhaps I won't. But I will never do what you do...pretend that I have answers based on a bunch of wild guesses.

You do understand what "faith" is, don't you Frank? I mean, I understand you don't possess it, but you do understand the concept, right?

No, Frank, I don't expect that you will respect what I believe.

You are well-aware that "Make Frank laugh" is at the top of my to-do list.

Yup. It is a word theists use to disguise their silly insistence that their wild guesses are correct.

You do realize that, don't you.

If not...I will be happy to discuss it with you, because in a religious context...that is all "faith" is...blindly and hard-headedly INSISTING that some silly wild guesses about REALITY....have got to be true.

I've answered that.

Well...since I think some of the shyt you "believe" is absolute hypocrisy...and fundamentally part of something I see to be polluting our planet...

...you should be able to understand why I WILL NOT respect it.

I'm sure you have some small problem "respecting" the Islamic terrorists who "believe" they are serving their god by strapping explosives to their bodies and detonating themselves in crowds of people.

At least, I hope you do.

Sure I do.

Are you equating what I believe in to these terrorists acts?

Well said Frank. Nothing like a little faith reality check periodically.

I am equating the shyt you are 'believing"....and "insisting that the beliefs are correct"....with the "believing" being done by the terrorists.

YES!

Now you are getting it.

The effects of my beliefs equate with the effects of the beliefs of the terrorists?

Answer that, because that is what's important. Not the fact that terrorists have religious beliefs. To think otherwise is foolish, and illogical. And logic is the only thing you have Frank, so you should try and hold onto it if you can.

Nice Red Herring, though.

YES! YES! YES!

What do you not "get" about that?

You "believe" there is a God. They "believe" there is a God.

You "believe" your god has revealed what it expects of you. They "believe" their god has revealed what it expect of them.

You are doing what you "believe" your god wants you to do. They are doing what they "believe" their god wants them to do.

You are identical.

What do you not understand about that?
