Husker in the hospital again.

I'm so glad that you're getting better, husker, and that you've been allowed to go home. I know just how serious that infection you get is and I really worry about you every time it rears its ugly head. Thanks for letting us know how you are doing...all of us here really care a lot about you.

Not to spook you, but monitor yourself, re chills and thrills. Do you have anyone at that last hospital you can connect to? or if not a person specifically, a unit?

I was very glad to see they were attuned to your records and have appreciation for this last place, they seem quick and professional.

In an emergency, have your family know that you have a record there and to mention it not only to the first person, but to the RN type person, and MD..

not to speak of all this in terms of rank, but re power at least sometimes rank is deserved. Was in my day.

Glad you're home Husker. There were certainly a lot of us pulling for you and relieved you're back. Needless to say we're still worried. We're like an itch that won't go away. So keep us posted.

I've been up about an hour trying to catch-up on the missed work, remember I'd already been working from home 1/2 days - I'd recently decreased that and was trying to be in the office 6 hours.

Since Wednesday afternoon I have over 400 emails to look into. (deleted 500 spam)

trying to get my energy back - need it - almost time for a nap. or feels that way.
ya know how you weel with your body hurts when you have the flu? well infection plays they same game.

sending vile curses at the infection. it will disappear soon, or as noddy says: this, too, shall pass. hang in there, husker, i think you have more energy than many of us would have. strong work.

husker, Those emails can wait; please rest well, my friend. Your health is number one.

Husker, glad to hear you are home from the hospital recovering. Staph is an evil and vile thing. As I mentioned in "The Wake" thread, I am personally acquainted with what it can do.

I sincerely hope that you make a complete recovery like my wife did.
