I'm afraid you have fanned the flame instead of helping to put it out, as I'm sure you intended.

Eva, I've only done what I was asked to do by Husker. That's it. End of story. I never brought it up to begin with.

But what I can do, is tell him to try to put it out of his mind. Obviously he was thinking about it before I had sent him what he asked for. So, I don't think I've fanned any flames. I could hardly have refused him, right? How much of a friend would I have been then?

He should be concentrating on his health and not worry about the stuff that's going on here. After all, that's more important....and that's what I will tell him.

so reyn, how is husker doing?

I see you already have a medical report on him. Mentally, he's trying to keep busy with projects. We're still working on the pics for his blog.

Reyn, you're a good hearted man, and Husker is fortunate to have you for a friend. I told him the same thing...to ignore all of this and use his strength to get better. And it seems it's working! I do think emotional support makes a big difference in healing, don't you?

Oh, certainly! Having positive people around while going through a health crisis can only be a bonus. I can testify to this, having spent time in cancer treatment years ago.

What's it they say about the "power of positive thinking"? If it works on plants and pets, I see no reason why it wouldn't work on people! Very Happy

My husband and I are both cancer survivors, too, Reyn, and I KNOW it matters.

Hey everyone I'm back (that sound like Arnold or what?).

I first want to express my thanks to the moderators and CDK

for not making a permanent decision to get rid of me. Then

I'd like to express my sincerest thanks for all the kind people

that sent me emails of concern and support (kind a like the

in sickness and health thing), it make a guy feel good in a

time when his world is getting smaller around himself.

I do want to clarify something and I trust I won't be doing it

again - but if someone even sees me getting close to violating

a TOS of any kind KICK ME IN THE NUTS before I do something

stupid - I'd rather have that than a suspension.

I slept to a whole 9:00am - wow that felt terrific, except for the part

of waking up at 5:00 am to take pills. Things are looking great today

I was able to get one of my special compression stockings on without

much discomfort so that means wear it. And I mean this baby will help

reduce the swelling by a great deal (lots), I just have to make sure

there is no tourniquet binding going on occasionally.

Sorry, that would be my fault. I apologize for that. I didn't realize that you were sensitive about it.
