"Mea" is indeed feminine. As an adjective, it must be feminine in order to
agree in gender with "voluntas," the noun it modifies.
The verb does not always come last. It can be placed elsewhere in the
sentence for emphasis or clarity. In this case, the order of words imitates
that of the phase "fiat voluntas tua" in the Lord's Prayer.
