Re: Question about latin translation

...I asked "My will be done" by translated into latin and got:

Fiat voluntas mea.

I have two questions. First, isn't "mea" feminine as opposed to meus? And also in real latin doesn't the verb always come last?

So it would be

Mea (or meus) voluntas fiat...

"Mea" is indeed feminine. As an adjective, it must be feminine in order to
agree in gender with "voluntas," the noun it modifies.

The verb does not always come last. It can be placed elsewhere in the
sentence for emphasis or clarity. In this case, the order of words imitates
that of the phase "fiat voluntas tua" in the Lord's Prayer.

This is as close as I can get:

Aequitas prevalebit, probabiliatis ignorantis.

Summary of the American rise to power

Beginning the New World Order

The Rebellion

The German's failure

The Uprising Cultivates

The Third World War Begins

They're titles for something I'm writing.

I'm glad I found this site.

My father passed away in the fall and I've been working on a tattoo design of a tutor rose and would like to include latin in the script because that was him.

Somethng that conveys be yourself and never settle, which was his last advice.
