'made of stars'
'Borne of the stars'
any help would be wicked

Literally, it means "savage of spirit."
But
animi ("of spirit") is a reasonable Latin rendering of the English
"at heart".
Note that
torva is the feminine form.

What I meant to say was that "at heart" is an English idiom and
animi ("of spirit") is the corresponding Latin idiom. The literal
