I want to get a tattoo in memory of all those that I have lost in my life. I was wondering if you could translate "You are always in my heart" into latin for me. The you would be plural, for it is representing several individuals, both female and male. I want it in latin to represent all nationalities of the individuals. I really appreciate it!!!

A latin translation please
Hi all,
My Grandpa died at the weekend and I would love to use some latin phrases in memory of him. Could anyone please translate the following for me?
"To the world you may be one person,
But to one person you may be the world"
"Grandpa, miss you and love you always"
I also have the following poem so if anyone fancies a challenge in translating it that would be great!

In memory of Kurt Vonnegut's passing, I was hoping to get a Latin translation of a portion of the famous quote from Mother Night - "I am what I pretend to be".
Would "sum quod simulo esse" be gramatically correct or is there a better way to phrase it? Thank you in advance for any help you can give.
