I have a broadband connection with a news ticker that is updating state by state the results.
If anyone wants to know how a specific state stands with in the next few minutes, just post the state and I will put up the current results.
My news ticker updates every 2 mintes.

nimh....lots of people see it that way, but I see deadlock = gridlock. I'm really optimistic some good stuff will get done in the next 4 years.
Same here. I always thought you should give whoever is in charge a chance to actually do something and split houses aren't real good for that.

My map http://www.mockelection.org/electionmap/ (I cleared it and played along tonight) shows Bush at 261 and Kerry 250 before AK, HA and OH.

What state is AK? Arkansas? That's been called for Bush already ...

Nimh - interesting sidenote about Salazar - he didn't campaign with Kerry. Reasoning is that's a verrrrry conservative community. I don't know much about either of them - except Coors makes beer LOL.

As this thing plays out, let's not forget Zogby's prediction at 5:00 p.m. today:

Bush = 213
Kerry = 311

Yup Razz

Light-blue, anyway ...

So there's still hope ... if Kerry gets all Yahoo's light-blue states and Hawaii, and then either Ohio or Colorado ...

(Well, if he gets Ohio he doesnt need Hawaii and can even drop one or two of the others again too ... but if he doesnt get Ohio, then Colorado and all the others ...)

But he's still behind 3 points in OH, with 74% of precincts in, and actually a whopping 9 points in CO, with 64% in. <sighs>
