Southampton Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Sofiane Boufal for a club-record undisclosed fee.
The attacking midfielder, who has put pen to paper on a five-year contract at St Mary’s, joins from Ligue 1 outfit Lille.
The Moroccan international enjoyed a hugely successful year and a half with Lille; becoming one of the most highly-rated youngsters in France after moving from Angers in January 2015.
I saw a ute pulled over on a major inner city artery. The driver hopped out and grabbed a footie in the gutter, turned and kicked it back over the fence, and the road, to the schoolkids who had lost it.

Very mild online flirting with someone I last saw over 40 years ago.
Apparently I was a sophisticated teenBeth and he wanted to have a masculine version of my dignity. sophisticated? dignity? who was that girl?

I am NOT going to tell him that all I thought about him was - OMG he's so cute!!!!

@bobsal u1553115,
Our internet service is very good. We're in the heart of Silicon Valley, so we can't have difficulties that will turn off consumers. As a matter of fact, I'm typing this on my iPhone from my bedroom.

not sure if this is a smile or a grimace
just found out that another of my neighbours was buried with a photo I took. I'm up to four of those.
what do you say when they tell you that they buried their husband with a photo you took of them? is there etiquette for that?
Today was a grocery day for Diane and me. We're getting quite good with our timing, checking out near the same time for the last bunch of grocery excursions. We've had to relearn various stores since we lost our dear departed John Brooks Grocers, that we still miss. That store made good sense re their distribution of products.. especially compared to Albertsons, oy, but, Walmart won out in our neighborhood, hiss. The big Walmart was tough enough, but the smaller one was the nail in the tire, or knife in the pantry.
