Rabel, do you really not see the double standard here?
When a woman say that she has been raped, she generally is given the benefit of the doubt. People understand that it is very difficult to prove rape in court. There is a lot of sympathy for those rape victims who never prove the rape in court or who decide that it isn't worth even trying.
Juanita Broaddrick is such a woman. She claims that she was raped by a man in power. She has a very believable story, many of the basic facts have ben corroborated and she has been consistent about her story for decades.
The only reason that you don't believe her (when you would likely believe any other woman who claimed to be raped by a man in power) is that you that the man who is being accused happens to be Bill Clinton.
This is hypocrisy.
