at least two parties have had the ability to modify the data. (Assange, and whomever gave the data to Assange)
Given the someone's
ability to modify the data, we have to make the assumption that it is inherently unreliable.
It only takes the introduction or removal of a few bytes of data to completely change the meaning of a sentence.
