Used to be, I'd be out running, and when I saw a young lady like that,
I'd slow down to stay behind her for a while. Now I have to speed up
for a while. Usually a very short while.

<sigh>

yay, you go, noddy! i am just forced to walk in the snow a lot - it seems to work. my weight-telling pants are way looser today, despite me being bad diet-wise lately.

Finally, someone found a positive about the snow.
Trudging through it is indeed quite a workout.

I have a bicycle, Noddy, but hate the stationary cycle with a passion. I can get along with the rower without seeing the scenery change, but on a cycle, it just ain't natural.

Since it is raining today, that's about what I'll have to do.

The pants are more accurate than a scale, Dag. Most football players are way over weight, by the charts. They are not fat.

Dag--

Thanks for the kind words.

Eoe--

Good theory--you are warm and dry.

Roger--

I have a basket filled with paperbacks and magazines hanging on my handlebars. Today I read half of Newsweek.

Today is an off-day. But I went to my second yoga class last night and loved it.

Scrimmaged my daughter's U13 soccer team - man, we sucked (parents and siblings). They clobbered us 7-0. It didn't help that they had a semi-pro goalie (their trainer).
