No spy camera. Just logical thinking (I'm a McDonalds fan too  )

I refuse to admit I'm a fan. It was...uh... cheap.

I had to fast overnight for a blood draw. Then I went to Jack In the Box and got an ultimate double cheeseburger and large fries.

Did I exercise yesterday....hmm....um....nope. I ate five meals, though (they were small... okay, screw it. I'm 140 kgs, I may as well eat a lot). I spend a lot of time at work (11 to 7), which leaves this much (indicates a millimetre with his thumb and forefinger) time to excercise...
Anyhoo, I do try...

I ate a poptart w/frosting for breakfast. ugh.
I swear I'm going to take this diet serious. I need to be wonder woman by the time I need to get in a dress.

Well looking at your avatar suggest to me you don't need any diet (assuming the avatar is a picture of you). Of course, that's just my humble opinion.

Well, remember Olive Oyl?
She didn't need to diet either but she needed some muscle. She was hardly all woman. I need some curves.

Did I excercise today? No but I looked at a catalogue of gymnasium equipment. Does that count?
I gave myself a good cardiovascular work out just looking at prices.

Seeing the Olympics start will motivate me. When I feel sorry for myself for waking up at 4 a.m. just to go running, I think about how many hours of training they do.

Urgh, they're replaying the blinkin' opening ceremony of the Sydney 2000 Olympics right now. Kind of like, "Look, see how we did it! Beat that!" I never felt more like curling up on the couch with a bag of potato chips and a box of donuts.

fortune, I may join you.
Just saw a simple recipe for tunasteaks and lime-rice. One of my favs.
I'll still do my situps/pushups though. <rocky music in background>

Since this is somewhat related to me preparing for the "big day" ...thought I'd post this here. Truthfully, I wanted to raise this thread ttt ...to get me motivated.
Plus, I am excited by the results of my hair trial today. One more step closer to trying to look pretty. I'm going to get back to running daily.
and just for funsies... while my stylist fixed my hair, I took a pic of the furkids.

Your hair looks lovely, joah. Will you be pinning a veil to it...or a tiara...or fresh flowers...or what?
