I worked out today!
Wieghts are whatever is on one side of the bar

Bench Press 45lbs@3x4
DeadLift 125lbs@10x2
Lat Pulldowns 120@10x2
Tricpes 90lbs@10x2
Neck Weights 25lbs@10x2
Squats 45lbs@3x3

I gotta ask: do you do those situps all in one session or divided into groups of ,say, 100?

250 in the morning, 250 in the afternoon or evening. sometimes all in the morning if i'm bored.

i do 50 each set. pause. do 50 more.
turn over and do pushups.
roll back over during one of the breaks in my yoga tape

i usually do 500+ (during any commercial break on tv). I don't mean 500+ but 500+ total. Wink

I found out several years ago ...before Brittany Spears brought her white trash side out that she also does 500 a night. Not why I did it, but found it interesting when I heard. I used to be a personal trainer as a side job in the military.

I know I should do them, but I always find some wimpy excuse not to.
Maybe I will take inspiration from you (or maybe not).

Joahaeyo,
Why don't you do your crunches w/ added weight. Its ALOT more effective than just doing crunches with your body weight. You should try say 250 crunches with 45lbs added.

Roger, I like to put the weight on my stomach or on my chest.

Just got my protein today (On 100% Whey Protein) and hopefully i can get creatine next week.

I do two x 30 alternate nights, on a slant board. I'll probably give that a shot in a month or so Tyrus. I'd kind of like to get somewhat comfortable with more repetitions, then drop back to around 30 with the weight. What do you think?

Oh, and how are you liking it down in the flatlands, now that you've been there awhile?

I also like to finish what i start so I'd say finish the week up then try the weights.

The Flatlands have ferocious winds that i do not like. And i haven't seen a robin in a while, or trees for that matter. Its not too bad but i can't wait to leave. Maybe its the town but who knows.

Okay, a week.

I've been through Clovis on the way to Portales and been passed by tumbleweeds traveling in perfect echelon formation. I was doing 60 at the time.

Yeah, i saw my first tumbleweed ever here. Made me sad i knew i was in the middle of nowhere =[. Is portales smaller than clovis? Haven't been there yet.

Un huh. When people in Portales talk about heading into the city, they mean Clovis. One university, two motels, and a Taco Bell.

That part of the state, the bright lights are in Roswell. Heck, it's darn near the size of my own Farmington.
