Added the set to my workout today and tonight, started the yoga class. I've been curious about yoga for awhile now. Something about it speaks to my soul.
I anticipate soreness tomorrow. That's okay. I'd been cruising for awhile, taking it easy. Time to feel the affects of a good workout again.

No, sometimes you just have days when nothing works. Slog through it, and you'll be having a whole string of workouts when you can do no wrong.

What? Dag? Do my eyes deceive me? Aren't you the same woman who, six months ago, worked out every single day through rain and sleet and in sickness and in health? I remember begging you to slow down and now...???

Today's gonna be a challenge. I hafta leave work early, so no time in the
exercise room. After work it's off to watch Younger Son wield the foil in
competition. That will compress the evening such that I'll be hard put to
work anything in.

no time, eoe! i have 3 part-time jobs and barely make it through the day alive. but today, today i tell you, i'll get there in the evening. i was housesitting for a month and there was an eliptical and an ab cruncher, so that was good. but being back at my bachelorette suite, i need to get out to the gym stat.

Oh well, Dag. Life is just a series of phases, right? One minute you're doing this and the next minute, life dictates that you do THAT instead.

By the way, love your sign-off. Visualizing it is just too funny.

Seven pounds? Damn! Outstanding, T.

I'm down to 173, but still a lot of fat on my frame.
There's plenty of snow to shovel, so no lack of exercise today.

Just fumbled and bumbled my way through my first at-home yoga session. It'll take some time, I know, for movements to flow or even to learn a routine. The key is to fight off the frustrations of the unfamiliar, the lack of agility and flexibility and the only way to do that is to practice, no matter how silly or ineffective you may feel.
Right?

Does pushing a heavy cart full of pizza and booze around Costco count?

I survived a blizzard in spite of a husband with cabin fever.

I admire the rest of you, but survival is all.
