Joah, I can't remember - when is the big day? Well, having a wedding dress sure helps in deciding on what to do with your hair, I guess... ;-)

I really like your pictures. Like Eva said, it looks just lovely.

I came back from a run one cold New England day. My mustache was
completely iced over. My youngest saw it and declared: "Hey, Dad,
you've got snotsicles!"

I play competitive soccer several times a week, and am in decent shape. I just used the stairs to climb the 11 stories in my building, and I'm winded and my legs are burning -- the good kind of burniing. I need to do this every day .... it only takes a few minutes.

I went to the gym, but only lifted weights and then sat in the sauna. Skipped cardio because of a problem toenail (mentioned in the insult thread). I work on the 7th floor of my building and often take the stairs, if I'm not carrying too much crap. My 12-year old daughter's soccer team is scrimmaging against the parents on Saturdays for an hour. I don't want to do it, as I never played the game, and don't want to get my ass kicked by a bunch of hot shot 12-year old girls.

Yes, I exercised today. I spent the whole day walking around the mall.

I was in an experimental mode today. I have a rotator cuff problem and
did a workout with weights to see where the limits were. I sustained the
injury over a year ago and haven't done any real weight work since
then. I never had great strength, but, man! I am now a total feeb.

The good news is, if I modify the routines, there are still a lot of exercises
I can do. The only thing that is totally out of the question is the upright
row. The best I can do there is a shrug.

I wish I could see that. I'm sure it would be amusing.... Good luck. Laughing

I'd jump on the treadmill myself, but I already got my exercise at the mall. Maybe tomorrow :-D

Montana, my mom wears a pedometer when she goes to the mall. I told her the food court break cancels out those steps.

5 mile jog today.

My plan is to do 3 runs and 2 upper body workouts a week.
Wednesday and Friday look to be sloppy, so I'll save the upper
body stuff for those days.
