cjha, I need to use more of the machines.

I get on the treadmill, do my situps, and leave.

Must tone the hiney for the big reveal our wedding night. My legs could use some help too. My nickname has always been Olive Oyl

Why go the gym when one can simply open the pantry. I took out a couple of cans of soup, used them as weights, and did a few lifting repetitions to fight underarm flab.

Then I cleaned the litter box--that required several bending and scooping repetitions--and now I'm balancing a cat and typing too.

I find many ways to exercise without going to the gym. . . .

You could eat the aerobics class? Something tells me that that's not negative calories.

Here are my sneaks: http://www.nbwebexpress.com/detail.asp?type=&style=WW756WB

I definitely need to walk more. Hmm.

OK, now I've eaten blackbery jam, watched part of an aerobics program and now I'm getting stuck into some apricot yoghurt. I've done everything I can!! You can't expect anything more of me! I'm only human! Laughing

Alright, it's not that hot today. So I will go to the gym after work. But I did eat an apple and some peppers today, too!

And of course I did some of Debra's exercises yesterday, too - the cat things... ;-)

If by "exercise" you mean I wept into my bowl of vodka gazpacho, watching the entire first season of "The Facts of Life" on VHS, then yes, I had quite a workout this morning.
