Cops are peace officers, right? Yet they go everywhere "armed to the teeth."

How do you explain that? I mean if they were really peace officers, why would they need weapons at all?

But if you look at the weapons that Bundy and friends are carrying, would you describe them as hunting rifles or as military weapons with rapid, multiple shot capacity? That is, weapons designed to kill many people rapidly.

If the sheriff had said "resist" the government, I would probably agree. I think they had that "alternative" pre-planned if things didn't go the way they wanted. But "overthrow?" I can't imagine that. Oh, maybe I get it now...that would prove they're TERRORISTS, right? And not just any old terrorist, but god-damned redneck terrorists. Hillbillys. White trash.
