Although it might be wise for you to have a care about how you speak about others (anyone can report one of your posts), it is silly to imply that Finny wields any power with the management of this site. Finny cannot get anyone slapped with a lifetime ban, simply because he says so.

Don't tell me we're still arguing about that Nazi propaganda poster. I don't know the original context that it was brought up in, but I'm glad I came across it because the same things that poster was railing about-Jews and Jewish bankers are supposedly controlling everything and ruining the world-are the same things propagandists, Russian and otherwise, are pushing on places like YouTube.

I'm glad I came across that poster, it's illuminating to see how propaganda themes haven't changed in 80 years.

I reported him for that post in this thread, and then saw it in another, and reported the post with the information that he's posting all over the site. That's exactly what i'd do if someone were soliciting for Clinton, or Sanders, or anyone else. Of course, if anyone were foolish enough to send him money, there's no guarantee that it's not just going into his own pocket.

My guess is that the mods want to keep their options open and not get pinned into a corner where people who like to disrupt start crying "illegal and against the rules" when one of their number gets banned. Many times disruptive people stick up for each other, trying to change the culture of the site over to wild and wooly. It's a great way to ruin a site.
