@TheCobbler,
Blacks were the slaves here in the US. If they feel diminshed it's because they are. They were the slaves, that's the only reason they're here. They weren't explorers or settlers , they didn't rebel and set off in search of better places, they were running around in Africa doing a lot of nothing (just as they haven't since that Africa is the definition of 3rd world) and they've continued that trend up to now. But for a few exceptions, blacks of today are much like the do-nothing blacks in Africa. They don't innovate, don't invent, don't create or better themselves yet they expect to be treated like others? Do as others do and you'll be treated like them. All I see of blacks is a lot of discord making me think they're only use is as slaves.
The black Aboriginies in Australia are tyhe oldest extant civilization on Earth. And left to their owndevices remain exctly as they were 60,000 years ago.
Blacks in Africa still can't feed themselves and rely entirely on handouts from the world community. They haven't built even simple roads or other infrastructure. They're still tribal and primitive and stuck in a pre-industrial rut.
Blacks in the western industrialized nations are akin to rats eeking out a primitive living off scraps instead of seizing opportunity and bettering themselves. They're seem quite good at crime, rap, and activism, but that's about it.
Slavery was the best thing to happen to them since without it they'd still be in Africa. They'd have stayed there much as the ABoriginies of Australia did. Inert. Least slavery moved them around a bit.
