Having been federal police officer at a classified facility having a TS/SCI clearance, the law is very clear ...if you allow sensitive information to be compromised even if there is no intent it is still a federal criminal offense. As a law enforcement official the director of the FBI does not determine if charges should be brought his responsibility as is with any other police officer to gather the facts and present them to the attorney general and a Federal grand jury to determine if probable cause exists for a trial. In this case according to the evidence I have heard there also appears to be a conspiracy which is also a violation of federal law. Let's be honest Hillary was given political cover by not convening a grand jury to consider the facts. She also according to the director of the FBI perjured herself which is also a federal felony. And the only reason the director did not investigate or bring charges was because he was not asked to... The director of the FBI does not need to be asked by Congress to bring charges for federal perjury... And that's a fact.
Well now you asked me to find a crime that Hillary committed... And I just gave you one... Also the courts had nothing to do with it because it never got a chance to get there. By the way Congress has now asked the director of the FBI to investigate Hillary for perjury... I guess we'll see what happens when it comes to a recommendation for prosecution because the FBI director has already said that she lied.

Who got shot???
Police in Fla. shoot caretaker next to autistic man playing in street
Source: CBS
Authorities say a Florida police officer shot and wounded an autistic man's caretaker following reports of a man threatening to shoot himself.
North Miami Assistant Police Chief Neal Cuevas told The Miami Herald that officers responded to the scene Monday to find 47-year-old Charles Kinsey, a therapist who works with people with disabilities, according to WSVN-TV, trying to get his 27-year-old patient back to a facility from where he wandered.
Cuevas says police ordered Kinsey and the patient, who was sitting in the street playing with a toy truck, to lie on the ground. Kinsey lies down and puts his hands up while trying to get his patient to comply. An officer then fired three times, striking Kinsey in the leg, Cuevas said. No weapon was found.
Kinsey's attorney, Hilton Napoleon, provided a cellphone video to the Herald on Wednesday taken moments before the shooting. It shows Kinsey lying in the middle of the street with his hands up, asking the officers not to shoot him, while the autistic man sits next to him, yelling at him to "shut up."
From what I can see this sounds like an accidental shooting. Police officers are not taught to shoot people in the leg... There is no such training to shoot to wound. All police officers are trained to shoot for Center Mass... Sounds like an unfortunate mistake.
You seen the video? He's got his hands up. No way is that an accident, it's gross negligence at best if not attempted murder. These racist thugs need to be locked up for a very long time.
Yes I did see the video of course the video never show the actual shooting it's amazing how you can be in the mind of so many people but not know your own... When did you come by this ability to read people's mind?
Absolutely no way it can be an accident? Well of course not in your completely biased mind it has to be a case of an of attempted murder it couldn't possibly be anything else... police officers as humans never make mistakes... Right? Could you be more unreasonable and any less of a critical thinker? If the cop was bent on murder don't you think he would have shot him in the chest of the head? You are simply unbelievable... No I take that back you are believable you post simply to be provocative You couldn't possibly be that stupid to believe what you just
said... But then I'm usually more generous in my appraisal of people than I should be.
No... I would say the knee-jerk reaction here is somebody who makes an absolute determination without any facts... I'm making a supposition based on the facts... I didn't put myself in the mind of the police officer to absolutely say that he is a racist murderer... You did.
I'm not assigning any motives, you did... I'm just offering a common sense possibility... You didn't.
You forget, I don't care what you would say. I've heard it all before. Some things don't change, it's exactly the same bollocks you've been spouting for years.
Some interesting statistics
In 2008, state and local law enforcement agencies employed more than 1.1 million persons on a full-time basis, including about 765,000 sworn personnel (defined as those with general arrest powers). Agencies also employed approximately 100,000 part-time employees, including 44,000 sworn officers.
You see in 2015, 39 police were shot and killed. This year we already have 31 cops killed by gunfire. 68 officers so far this year and last year was 130. We are already ahead of last years stats on cops deaths in the line of duty. Do you really want to run with that thought?
For 2015 is shows that 258 blacks were shot and 494 whites were shot. Almost double for whites vs blacks. 236 more whites than blacks. 172 hispanics were also shot, even if you add the hispanics and blacks together, more whites were killed.
