You are a disgusting conspiracy monger. Seth Rich was a minor worker in the DNC, he was killed shortly after 4AM July 11, (a Sunday night). Police heard gunshots and found him conscious, if he was set up in any way he would have told police. Unfortunately he succumbed to his injuries in the hospital.

I believe it was a conservative who made that joke first, and your copying and pasting. Which fits into what you are here for, which is to take old conservative attacks against Bill and Hillary Clinton and try to recycle them as arguments coming from the Left against Hillary.

It would be almost comical if you just didn't take the murder of a Democratic worker who works to get people signed up to vote and used that to launch a conspiracy, and then took the fact that Bill Clinton took an annual murder rate of blacks that had risen 35% in the five years before he took office and turned it into a 37% decline by the time he left office. But then, black lives have always been a joke to people like you, haven't they?
