@revelette2,
The mainstream media is complicit. You'll excuse them for sitting on this one, I'm sure.

As are you, sir. I salute your optimism in your pursuit of recycling all the Clinton nonexistent or overblown "scandals" in the past two decades. Calling for another investigation of Hillary's Vince Foster "murder", are you? How about a long treatise about how the Clintons supposedly killed 25 people on the way up-or was it 40-and nobody noticed.

Carry on.

I can't believe you are stooping so low as to get your news from such an unreliable source as someone claiming to be the Russian government hacker who hacked into the DNC database to get information on Trump.

Especially when Russia has a vested interest in getting Trump elected President. Trump has said repeatedly that he would essentially disband NATO. Since NATO is the major reason Russia-who during WWII had already taken over Eastern Europe-was prevented from expanding further into Western Europe, and also has kept the newly free Eastern European states free of Russian re-occupation, getting rid of NATO is Putin's fondest wish. Trump wants to deliver that wish to Putin, because he knows Vladimir from the Russian Miss Universe pageant and thinks he's a swell guy.

Any info from Russia will have the sole purpose of advancing Trump's candidacy. They want Donald in the White House so bad they can taste it.

@Blickers,
You Vince Foster Hyperbolists lose credibility each time you throw him up. No, we're discussing relevant crimes and misdemeanors, fraud, and graft perpetrated by Bill and Hillary Clinton which are being investigated by the IG, the FBI, and the teeming myriad alphabets supposedly protecting the public from their rampant lawlessness aided by the DNC, the MSM and a teeming myriad of other alphabet, shadowy billionaires, and dirty despots.

The truth.

Actually you've got your facts wrong ....once again. I have not raised any of these issues. More gorilla dust, meant to merely distract.

Read what I actually wrote and deal with that.

It's a very Clintonian diversion. They are good at it. However thinking just a bit is an effective defense.

@georgeob1,
What officials? Classification rules are not the issue here. Complying with government policy and mandates for official e mail; You mean failing to follow a rule that wasn't made clear (see the IG report to see what they said on this) should disqualify her for the Presidency?

safeguarding national security information; What a lovely red herring. There is no evidence of her not safeguarding national security information. It seems lack of evidence is evidence in your mind. Perhaps you should reevaluate your position from a rational point of view. There is no credible evidence that Clinton failed to safeguard national security information. Receiving unclassified emails on a private server is not failing to safeguard national security no matter how you try to twist the facts anymore than receiving those same emails on the open State department server or on an AOL account.

and compliance with laws involving freedom of information(FOIA) requests are the issues here. Another case of lack of evidence seems to be evidence in your mind. Clinton didn't turn over all her work emails when she left the State Department,only later when they were requested, but that is not evidence of failing to comply with FOIA laws. It is evidence that State didn't make it clear to employees what they should do about work emails when they leave government service.

http://www.politico.com/story/2016/06/clinton-hires-sanders-student-organizer-224166

Quote:
Kunoor Ojha is the Clinton campaign’s first major hire from the Sanders campaign, and her move to a role where she will work with the state teams to mobilize young voters represents a significant step in the former secretary of state’s outreach to the Vermont senator’s most ardent backers.
Story Continued Below

Sanders routinely outperformed her by massive margins among the youngest voting age groups, and Clinton has repeatedly said that she admires Sanders’ strength among that group. The demographic has provided the backbone for Sanders’ support, and his stump speech often directly insists that this kind of support means his campaign represents the future.

Clinton has thus far been unable to replicate Sanders' success with the group that’s pivotal to Democrats, and the move — coming as her campaign swings toward its general election match-up against Donald Trump — suggests that she is looking directly at bringing Sanders’ backers to her side.

It also means that Clinton’s political effort has entered a new phase of outreach: members of losing campaigns often fold into the party nominee’s efforts, and Ojha — who was a field organizer for Barack Obama in 2008 — is the first public hire.

That's because the Right made a plotz right off the bat with their strategy of making up lies and smears, and they haven't stopped yet. And both george and Lash frequently refer darkly to the supposedly constant evidence of wrongdoing, and the only evidence so far we've seen is the President having a consenting, college graduated, mistress that he didn't tell the truth about. When you do something over and over for a quarter century, you can't just say, "Oh, this has nothing to do with the other scandals I promoted which turned out to be BS". Yet the Right does say that. And will continue to say it, until conservatives lose enough presidential elections that they stop.

Fact is, neither George or Lash knows any more about whether the FBI will seek an indictment than anyone else. So far we know that the last five Sec'ys of State have broken the rules about Emails, which is not at all surprising considering that Emails are a relatively new thing and all five Sec'ys of State are of a generation where computers were not in use by the general public. Where the FBI goes from here, nobody knows for sure. But don't hold your breath waiting for an indictment to be pursued.
