You bet! It's great when you have torrential rains all day long, and you're 15 blocks away from your car, so you can attempt to dry yourself off.
And, then there are the winter days when you get to trudge through the snow.
And, then, there's the inevitable must answer "nature's call" and you're in a subdivision with narry a bit of vegitation to hide behind.
You're right, it's the best damn job going.
