At the time Obama ended that war, conservatives were insisting that Bush was planning to end it on the same time frame. Meaning Obama did not deserve credit for ending the war.

They removed Saddam Hussein for a good reason, which Bush explained over and over and over before invading. Obama, not Bush, is the one who decided to leave an unstable situation. As for me enlisting, the poster's merits or demerits have no bearing on the correctness of his argument. This is fundamental to debate.

Everything Bush did, re Iraq, was a sham and a lie. But that's in the past. I don't want this thread to rehash all the previous threads about that. oops - Not my thread.

And I already know you will not accept any contradiction of your already stated opinion, so why waste our time demanding "evidence" - said evidence all stacked according to your fantasy - Then we have an identical to a dozen other threads thread. Bush should be tried as a war criminal.

So you cannot tell me an example of a lie he told related to Iraq. Okay, you lose the argument.

Is this a vague reference to other threads? How hard can it be to back up your accusation by briefly stating one of the lies here? If you cannot support your assertion with an example, then indeed you do lose the argument.

Is Iraq better off with thousands of Americans killed there, plus countless Iraqis, and people there less secure than when the dictator ruled? I don't see how.
