Your anti-English and anti-French biases are pretty obvious, and expressed fairly liberally. Your condescending tone to whoever you happen to disagree with is obvious as well. And I don't give a flying rat's ass, honestly. But don't assume that "Olive Tree" took your posts in this or that way, just because "Olive Tree" didn't take issue with your posts. The thing is Malvolio actually believes his own horseshit, and he feels justified in being so malicious, even when it's people who have only just arrived on A2K. Something put a huge chip on his shoulder, either he's been bullied or made to feel inadequate in some way, but normal people don't need to act like that.

I don't believe your excuses. E.g. the remark about Edward being an uncommonly intelligent English king was uncalled for, or rather, it was only called for because you were saying something nice about an English monarch, so you just HAD to compensate by spitting at all English kings in the same breath...

That most English kings were stupid is of course an American cliché, stemming from their war of independence, and used in countless Hollywood movies. Nothing to see with history.
