Oh ya, SCoates, I've seldom had such a crush like the one I had on Ross Perot. Love at first sight! Laughing

OccomBill- I would hope that Bush would resign and then appoint Blatham as President, Hobitbob as Secretary of State and Walter Hinteler as Vice President. It seems that foreigners have more objectivity about the USA's problems and they could probably lead us out of the mess.

You must change the constitution before that, mporter, otherwise Blatham and I couldn't be elected.

You don't think, btw, Hobitbob loosed his US-American citizenship/nationality, do you?

If I were President George W I would read the following book: Resurrecting Empire by Rashid Khalidi.

2 will get you 5; Mporter was kidding from the get-go. I don't doubt their extensive qualifications, but I suspect my own political leanings would prevent me from voting that ticket. Of course, I live in Palm Beach County, so it doesn't really matter who I vote for... at least; that would be the consensus of most of the people who would.

There may be hope for you guys yet, if Arnold doesn't do anything too stupid. They seem to be grooming him, and may just change the constitution in your favor. Idea

How odd and unusual that objectivity might be gained from a non-subjective viewpoint. Really quite extraordinary, that.

Having thought about that - I would accept, if you ask me, Blatham.

(Then being the second famous German Vice-King after Viceroy Lord Battenberg, ehem, Mountbatten, I mean.)

Walter

It shall be a grand and memorable administration. We shall all wear powdered wigs and our inaugeration will be sung in Italian and French (mporter can translate, for the folks in Idaho). We'll need big gaudy expensive rings for the foreign potentates to kiss, and lots of tall blonde ladies to slowly wave palm fronds as we go about the business of state.
