@farmerman,

We, however, have gotten conned by what we thought would be good movies and were wholly disappointed.
This year the BIG DISAPPOINTMENT movie was "Monument Men", they, IMHO , blew it entirely.
Movies that come out of nowhere and capture the imagination (like Jurassic Park or the first INDIANA JONES are, for me, a great example of risk taking and creativity
Child 44 A 2015 Gary Oldman movie. I think this is the one I remember seeing at the Sleep Inn in Devils Lake where he plays a russian. The place where people are paranoid beyond belief about everything. Probably now in 2026 it is nothing but a big Furries cult. The "Cadence." Does that have something to do with the new Battle of Balaklava, I mean I guess Lakin Reilly's murder is not longer a big deal. Not sure if there is some kdeeper meaning. I like coherence. And Texas has never been coherent.
Yeah. Be a furry and dodge transformers who are trying to suck you into a parallel universe. Faithful renderings has now really turned into the faithful-less. I wonder if I go back to Texas and suggest hearing the song Don't Rock the Jukebox if that will be considered hate crimes. Bless us with Roe V Wade, the decorum which was barely tolerable before I am sure has totally broken down now. Now I have to just hang out with the Furries. And hope they don't inject me with Rabbit ebola. Probably them by the way that are behind all of the dead rabbits in Mexico. The real furries, and they are dying of hemorrhagic fever and bleeding. It is a super naturals double double and Texas is losing on both counts on that.
