@classicalcynic,
Well, in my view, intuition I related to experience. Also I don't realky trust intuition alone to produce knowledge. Intuitions need to be built upon, explored and verified before they can lead to knowledge. They only provide a general direction.

@classicalcynic,
And how would you know that, if knowledge was indeed impossible?

Thanks, but in fairness the idea that knowledge must be derived from experience is not particularly original. It's not my theory.

@Olivier5,
good question.. it seems paradoxal maybe it is but so is the rest of nature.
justified true belief concept..
there is no truth only perspective.
a belief is faith orientated.
a belief is not changing and the real word is, thus if even true it would not be for long. something justifed is very subjective. belief is subjective truth is subjective.
look at historical examples of what human thought they knew its contrary to others so called knowledge. through out time it changes.
knowledge as understanding, we understand nothing, we perform acts but we do not know why or the purpose or how we do so, are heart beats without command so our mind thinks without us performing the thought, the distinction "i" does not exist. it exist as illusion but not really.
how do i know, i don't, these are just thoughts produced by my programming, for some reason to make me act in a certain way. all i can do is speculate.

Your existence stands independent of my own. If you exist you exist independently of my own existence. You exist independently of any of my abilities to monitor your existence.

In other words, their worlds are different - seen from their respective subjective world.

@cicerone imposter,
we sense the world in the same manner but there are exceptions to this.
but we experience these senses in a different way.

Run away, little Frank... Run away. Maybe you can run away from your lies. Maybe you can getting away with confusing your own arse with stars and planets... :-))

I'm right here...never going to run away.

And you are not even close to a hit!

Nothing wrong with my reading abilities, Olivier.

Not sure why you want to think there are, but if it makes you feel better about yourself...I have no problem with it.

I use these terms in their conventional sense. Any dictionary would give an answer to your question.

Knowledge seems tough to define... Mind is easier: "something like you."

do you disbelive in intuitive knowledge?

Intuition is an important topic for me. I do believe in it quite strongly, though you and I might have a different view about where it comes from.

Don't believe a word coming from Frank about me. He lies as soon as he opens his mouth.

This should be beneath you, Olivier. You are an intelligent individual...and this kind of playground insulting is an absurdity. And we are typing messages to each other...not speaking them.

What do you mean we sense the world the same way? That we see the sun come up every day? Beyond that, what's the same except for the fact that we need food and water?
