That depends. There is certainly as much evidence of it as there is evidence against Mr. Zimmerman.

If I were to use the standard that McTag uses when he intentionally makes false accusations against innocent people, I could get a shovel and dig some random dirt out of the ground, put it in a box, declare that the box of random dirt is evidence of McTag's misdeeds, and that would be good enough.
