What does self control have to do with calling you an idiot with no substance or originality? Your reply just proves what I said.

looks like, contrary to your insistence awhile back that at least this liberal hasn't learned anything. Maybe you should come to my house and give me a good thrashing Sgt. Fury. Mr. Green

Let me get out my Section 8 list, and see if I can find it.

It's obvious to me that the main purpose of this 'cartoon' is to show that some "conservatives" are ignorant xenophobes who are to be held up to ridicule.
Carry on.

It is obvious to me the liberals who complain about blaming or characterizing the group for the actions of some is a no-no.
Unless they do it.

Is that complaint solely from liberals, or do others also use it?
Are you saying the three examples are not of 'confused conservatives', or that the majority of 'confused conservatives' cannot be identified by this example - and if not, please give one example that would identify them ?

I won't deal with your liberal "confused" label. The narrative is mine. And I am pointing out hypocrisy, the only thing liberals can't lie about.

@coldjoint,

Whoa - it's not my label - it's the large print at the top of the cartoon. And if you won't address that cartoon, why are you on this thread?
Not that you answer direct questions, but I wonder why, when "confused conservatives" are called out, you presume it's by liberals. There are many Republicans who also dislike "confused conservatives" - they feel embarrassed by being associated with such ignorance.

coldjoint is just an angry old **** who wants to ejaculate his nasty bile all over everyone and everything. He's easier to rile than a monkey in a cage and just as quick to fling his poo. He's hilarious.

Y do u confuse IGNORANCE with CONFUSION????

Ignorance means being un-informed about something.
Many people are un-informed about some things.

My sense of him is that he understands Original Americanism
and he posts in defense of personal political freedom,
against the liberals' beloved authoritarianism.

I think he is a good American.
I 'll drink to him on the 4th of July!

However, its sad that we spend
as much time as we do on ad hominem rancor
instead of addressing matters of philosophical substance. THAT's more fun.

OmSig: Y do u confuse IGNORANCE with CONFUSION????

--------------------

The meaning found within 'ignorance/ignorant' is not a totally neutral one as Sig has often described. To hold to such an ignorant notion describes a less than sentient being or one who has existed on a planet other than Earth.

Dave's ignorance is the pejorative meaning. He is ignorant of and ignorant on many things, and it's not simply from lack of exposure.

@JTT,

Only if the English language was so definitive, which it is not. My favorite example is bi-monthly; Does it mean once every two months, or twice a month? (It used to only be the former, now it's both.)

Can one be confused with which song is our National Anthem without being ignorant as to which song it is?

Hi David, wanna dance?

(It used to only be the former, now it's both.) [2ice a month is semi-monthly.]

Can one be confused with which song is our National Anthem
without being ignorant as to which song it is? Yes.
An error of identification does not require ignorance.

Hi David, wanna dance? I 've never seen much point in doing that.
