start of an affair

I was the other day reading an article on able?know about affairs with women. I have a catch 22-situation here; Iam 43, male and married for 18-yrs and having a 14-year-old daughter. Around my late teens I had a neighbour whose daughter was maybe 2-3 yrs younger to me, we used to casually talk and a few laughs here and there; though both of us had a crush on each other; thats it nothing else really happened. She got married and went off.

Last week after nearly 21-years she called me; she has two children both over 15 yrs, she will be around 40-yrs now, she said would like to meet and talk to me; well I did meet her in a local restaurant. She says would like to meet me more and always liked me from her early days.

Now my question to you guys is; what is that she really wants, any emotional/sex dissatisfaction from her husband or any monetary gains from me; pls advise at the earliest.
