You are missing the point McGentrix. According to many conservatives Obama is constitutionally ineligible to be president because his father is Black. Don't you remember the Birth certificate controversy (that is still going on in some Tea Party circle).

The question is, what is the difference between Obama and Cruz that makes Cruz eligible to be president and Obama ineligible?

If both of their father's were White, then either of them can be president. Don't you agree?

Why do prominent conservatives argue (from Limbaugh to Donald Trump) that Obama is Constitutionally ineligible to be president, if there is no problem with Cruz being president?

If it isn't the race of their respective father's, then what is the difference between these two men that makes one eligible (according to conservatives) and the other ineligible?

What did Gungasnake (the person who started this thread with the suggestion that Cruz should be president) say about Obama's birth certificate? I suspect that Gungasnake thinks that Ted Cruz's father is White. Why else would he say that Ted Cruz is eligible to be president (where Obama is not)?

Gungasnake, could you answer directly. Do you think Ted Cruz's father is White?

it is about time certain people wake up and understand the disconnect between the political/chattering class and the people, which perhaps is better understood as the elite's willful ignorance of the fact that they have lost the people. too much incompetence and too many lies told by the self proclaimed bosses has taken a great toll, which they are blind to.

what ever faults this cruz guy has he at least gets thisx which puts him far ahead of most of the people he hangs with in DC.

If you can quote someone, including Gunga, who has expressed the opinion that Obama isn't legally the president because his father is black or even a non-citizen of the US, I will be mighty surprised.
