An example of the potential of what Cuba can become if given the opportunity. Most countries in the world already trade with Cuba including our neighbors to the north and south, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, and all of Europe.

President Obama, of his own volition, cannot end the embargo against Cuba. Congress is needed to work with the president.Today's congress primary goal is to obstruct anything coming from the White House, even if the country falls apart, so ingrained is the Republican's hostility towards the current president.

So if America is so terribly unbearable, JTT, did you consider killing yourself to get rid of your misery, or barring that, going to Europe or Asia to live? If it's finances you lack to travel, perhaps something can be arranged, for instance, maybe the board collectively will contribute to a first-class ticket for your overseas travel...Maybe you could apply for citizenship in Russia under Vladimir Putin.

@Moment-in-Time,
JTT is chicken little; he never acknowledges his place of residence, and thinks his disguise as a patriot of the world only proves he really doesn't understand world politics or humanity. He is deranged, and is but a nuisance on a2k. I wish he would just disappear. Nobody will really miss him.

@Moment-in-Time,
I point out, accurately that the USA is the greatest terrorist nation in the world and what doe MiT do - look a squirrel! / Love it or leave it!

Your inability to focus is amazing.

JTT, You're on permanent Ignore. I wish all a2kers would ignore you and your posts. You're a psychopath who believes everybody else is guilty of wrong, but you're not.
You have a mental illness, and it's not curable on a2k.

JTT's maniacal self-absorbption with the crimes of the US is pathological.

What are you suggesting, JTT? That I should become more like you?! Stuck in a one note rut, repeating a perpetual stream of "the US is a criminal"? Nah! I don't think so.

Ouch, CI. You can't imagine how much you have wounded me.

You've lied so many times now about ignore, how can anyone trust you?

Speaking of mental illnesses, what would one call this grand delusion that USians live thru their whole lives?

MiT, any answers?

@Moment-in-Time,
How easily you lie, MiT. I engage in a large number of areas of interest here at a2k. My tags reflect that.

You couldn't address this issue of the criminal USA because you aren't near honest enough. You rant on and on about Israel but you don't have the knowledge or the intestinal fortitude to take on the huge propaganda machine you've been brought up in.

But you are not bad at pretending.

Then you should be able to point to all your threads where you do this criticizing of "my country", right, MiT?

I wonder how I could have missed them. I'm certainly anxious to read them.

@wmwcjr,
I don't think so, WM. Okay the first ten times CI threatened to put me on ignore I brushed right off. The next twenty or so were much harder. This one, what, the 59th or so, just too too much!

Quite easy, really. The same way I misspell other words. I make many spelling errors (not my strong suit) but usually people are more interested in the substance and do not split hairs. You are also a nitpicker which suits someone who is a monomaniac dwelling on the subject of the "many crimes of the US." Like CI, I'm growing extremely weary of you, as you have a way of causing one to feel nauseous.
Ciao

No I'm not talking about foreign aid. If you spent many or any years with the French intelligence service you wouldn't have made that remark.

What the heck are you talking about? You guys fund the French Intel Services now???

You know that's not what I'm saying. However, did I miss something? Are you the person who spent years as a US citizen in the US intell community working with our partners hammering out agreements, and on board to help oversee the transition into new compatible equipment? I'm unaware that France has the same relashionship with the US anywhere close to the one between Germany and the US. Other than the US Embassy, I'm unaware of any Americans stationed anywhere in France in any sort of partnership. That might have been
beyond my pay grade, but I'm pretty sure the French get involved only when they receive an engraved invitation.
