Oh... I see. Let me try again.

Daddy has a harbor seal
its fur is sleek and shiny
I love to pet the lovely beast
I think I'll call him "Tiny."

Daddy has a harbor seal
It helps him pass the time
While he sits and and thinks and writes
And tries to make it rhyme

The harbor was brillig
and the seal nowhere in sight
while Daddy squinted painfully at the sun
wondering how to tell Mama . . .

Daddy has a harbor seal
She had such a wicked crush
She packed her bags up yesterday
And ran off to marry Gus

Daddy had a harbor seal:
"Gustavratzenhofer."
He took him such a shine to mom
That we could not get him off her.

Daddy has a harbor seal
to Gus' he ran away
but when he saw edgars sweet face
he knew he could not stay.

Daddy has a harbor seal
that all seem to enjoyed
i wish seal would write that book
i'm getting pretty annoyed.

Daddy has a harbor seal
that will make him lots of money
better than that gustavratzenhofer
or that silly easter bunny!

That is sheer poetic genius, patiodog.

I applaud your efforts and throw flowers in your direction.

Daddy had a harbor seal
who swam into the fog
he had a date, he couldn't be late
to enter patiodog.

Daddy had a harbour seal,
As chaste as any nun -
She took one look at Gus' face
And never ceased to run.

Daddy had a harbor seal
whose thing was always growin'
the only thing to bring it down
was a simple glance at dlowan

Daddy had a harbour seal -
It loved to write in verse
But simply couldn't make 'em scan,
So its verse got worse and worse and worse and worse.

Daddy has a harbor seal
with a constant ringing phone
