Because you might learn that you are wasting your time wishing after the impossible.

You are opposing civil rights. Yet all but one of your examples of change was a move towards greater civil rights.

The one change you listed that was an actual reduction of freedom (prohibition), is also the only one that was repealed.

If he passes a law that violates it, the courts will strike the law off the books, and the NRA will vote him out of office.
