I think eating as a vegetarian can be good, for a length of a few weeks or months at a time - just not all the time.

if a cannibal eats only vegetarians, will he have enough protein in his diet?

I tried it once't . . . when i did eat some meat after weeks of just rice and veggies, it almost made me sick. I adjusted rather quickly, though.

Suet is what we hang up in the trees in the winter to feed the birds.

Mixing it with raisins ......we should try that.
